  I would just like to respond to your response. You are well aware of the problems we encountered. Multiple messages/emails were sent to the owner, so, yes, you were contacted. BBB even said they contacted you because we filed a complaint through them as well. We were promised that your insurance would cover damaged property due to your crew not adequately tarping the roof when a storm came through. I suggested bad choices may have been made by the crew given the amount of beer that was on site. I questioned the owner about that, and his response was they were probably just icing it down for after work. We paid in full because we trusted you would stand behind your word and replace/fix our damaged electronics and wood in the ceiling which we were promised had been ordered! Ironically, you admitted fault and said that's why you have insurance, and yet, you didn't stand behind your word. I would love to retract my complaints. We do understand things happen, but the reputable businesses own their mistakes and correct them.
