  We had estimates from 3 other roofers and decided to go with Presto. From the beginning to the end they were FABULOUS! They helped us with choosing the product, obtaining ALL permits, and made it so easy. They showed up on time every day and left the property IMMACULATE at the end of each work day. They were so professional and the finished product is just AMAZING!! I would highly recommend them to everyone that needs a new roof or roof repair.

  CATEGORY: Roofing, Skylights ** This review is based on 11 enjoyable years of doing business with this company. If you are here reading this review, you are probably experiencing some dreaded roof leaks and are in search of a reliable roofer. LOOK NO FURTHER. I have been in your shoes. As the owner of a condo which was built in 1988 with a flat roof, I have certainly endured more than my share of roof leaks. (Flat roofs = worst invention ever!) I am also the president of the board of directors for my condominium association, and it is my fiduciary duty to act in the best interest for all members of the association. When it was time to shop around for a roofer, I took my job very seriously. In order to secure the best roofer for our association's needs, I personally met with and interviewed 13 different roofers in Miami. My goal was to find the most reliable, professional, and reasonably priced roofing contractor. Adolfo, the owner of Presto Roofing, is a true pleasure to deal with. Not only was he more polite, more patient, and more punctual than all of the others, but his price was also much more reasonable than most of the others. (FYI: His price was not the cheapest. Cheapest does not equal the best. I was not looking for the cheapest. I was looking for the best.) My quest for the best roofer in Miami was so thorough that I even drove up to Hialeah to pop in for a surprise visit at the Presto Roofing office. I must say, I was truly impressed with this family business and the cohesiveness of their operations. No wonder Presto Roofing has been in business for over 50 years, with Adolfo at the helm for the past 30 years. Everyone at the office was so friendly and polite, as well as helpful and informative. It is clearly apparent that Adolfo is a man of integrity who says what he means and means what he says. Presto Roofing has never let me down. They have consistently provided quality work for the past 11 years, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for a reputable roofing company a few notches above all the rest. DESCRIPTION OF WORK COMPLETED: Many individual leak repairs over the years, and most recently, an entire re-roof for my condominium building (which comes with a ten year warranty) and installation of 24 skylights.

  After several quotes from 3 other large roof companies, I decided to hire Presto Roofing to perform the job. I not only took into consideration pricing (they weren’t the cheapest quote), but I also considered a lot of other factors. #1. The professionalism of the sales rep. , Mr. Nino Zuniga. He was amazing. He took his time during his first visit, to answered all my questions and explained the entire process in a clear manner. Then. during his presentation and delivery of the quote he gave me all the specifics of the job including timelines. Always very responsive when I called him with questions and inquiries. Before choosing Presto Roofing, I took time to read and find as much information from this company as possible. From. reviews, confirm their license, review the business info, owners and also the quality of the material that was going to be use in the project. Every single thing that I reviewed was positive and legit. I did found some negative reviews as in any other business (my decision was an overall of things and not only reviews). However, I was feeling comfortable in dealing with their sales rep. This was a very important aspect to me. I like honesty. If I’m asking for something that can’t be delivered, then I want to be told from the beginning. Mr. Zuniga was very upfront with me in what he could delivered. I got a good vibe from the sales rep. As he was extremely professional, polite, and pricing was more or less ok. I like honesty Vs promises that can’t be delivered. After all the above were verified, I hired Presto Roofing. Once the permits were pulled (timing was as promised), then the job started. Their workers were as polite as the sales rep. And very proud of their work. They arrived as agreed and at the end of the work day...they cleaned the perimeter. All my neighbors were impressed with their cleanest at end of each work day. Also, everyone impressed with the amount of time that it took them to finish the job. They were very quick in comparison with other roof companies that other neighbors hired for the same job. Presto Roofing don’t waste time, they work full 8 hrs. Per day. Passed inspections without any issues, After all the above going so well, of course the delivered product was perfect as I ambitious. No complains, everything I asked...I got. I’m extremely pleased with this company and with my beautiful new roof. If you need a new roof with no hassle when dealing with contractors and honest people, contact Mr.Nino Zuniga @ Presto Roofing. For sure, he will delivered what he promised. He’s very detailed oriented and would make sure to supervise the job while they still working to ensure that everything is done as promised.
