  Just have to say it has been a pleasure working with Prestige Roofing. The staff was friendly and pricing was highly competitive. The workmanship performed on a complete roof replacement was outstanding. Their work included adding vents, painting old piping to match the new roof, adding metal flashing to protect woodwork... and it looks awesome! Highly recommend!

  I was hoping to add to the 5-stars rating of this company because I had work done by them 4½ years ago and was very satisfied with the service and price. They replaced 10 tiles on my house back then and, coincidentally, I now need 10 tiles to replace broken and missing ones. The cost to replace 10 tiles was $426.00 4½ years ago. I was told by Benjamin, the guy that Prestige sent out last week to inspect the roof, that I need to replace 10 tiles. Earlier today, I received an estimate from Prestige of $1,306 for the work. I called them for an explanation of why it costs almost three times as much to do the exact same thing that they did 4½ years ago. I wanted a breakdown of parts and labor. They sent back an email that included the breakdown of charges for the work done in 2016 and the estimate for the work I need done now. "In 2016, Labor: 4 hrs. @ $85/hr., 1-man crew, 10 tiles @ $8.48 per tile." The breakdown for the estimate they gave me today included: "Labor: 8 hrs. @ $125/hr., 2-man crew, 10 tiles @ $16.93 per tile!" They have to be kidding. This doesn't even make sense.
