Horrible customer service. Our home we purchased through Prestige Homes and it was delivered damage and poorly constructed. Long story short they ignore your calls and when you do get a hold of someone they tell you they didn’t build the home and are not responsible for anything. There is a ton more that could be said about this company and there employees including Russell. Horrible how they treat us with no help at all and emails with very rude responses. Zero star. They are a D- on BBB that should tell you all about them. The reviews are fake as well. Just stay away far away.

Prestige is a great place to get your new home. My search for a home started a few months ago and it has been moving along very nicely. Angela, the person working the permit issues has been wonderful. Russell has been great coordinating all the contractors throughout the land preparation stage. Yes, it has been a trying time because of lumber and other construction costs skyrocketing. But, I'm looking forward to getting my new home soon.

These homes are very well put together and the floorplans are great! Get the most square footage for your money. Ask for Elias, he's very willing to help you make your home (and homesteading!) dreams come true! He has first-hand experience in building up a homestead.

Went to Prestige Mobile homes in Inverness to look into the possibility of purchasing a mobile home after visiting several different mobile home dealers in and around surrounding areas. Ken W. was upfront, honest about what he had available in my price range. No haggling, trying to talk me into something I knew I couldn't afford. After months of looking, it was a relief to sit with someone who had been in the business many years and had the knowledge to assist me with getting into a new home and not pressuring me, just upfront and honest about my options. The financing is always scary, Ken sat with me, explained everything in detail and in the end, I was able to purchase a home and now am living comfortably. Thank you Ken for being professional, calming my fears, listening, helping and going above and beyond to help me!!

I will say, getting someone here after I've moved in to make minor repairs has been a little frustrating. In the beginning, they were here within a few days. 3 months out, I've found a few other things needing adjusting or repair and it seems to be a little less important to address these issues. Once again, if I call Ken, he does what he can do on his end, but no follow through with the maintenance crew.

This place sells mobile homes. Some of the family was looking into it. We went along to check them out also. As with most mobile homes they're not made out of really good construction. The man said that they were hurricane proof. I have to really look into it more to believe that. But you can get almost anything you want in them. From simple to very fancy. The prices seemed reasonable for what they were offering. The staff was very helpful. Not very pushy. Which was nice. I would recommend them if you're interested in looking into these mobile homes. We weren't really looking into getting one.

I should have never bought a house off of you all. in the winter the heat has to stay on all the time to keep a steady 75 or 74. No insulation really in the roof or walls. In the in the hottest of the summer the AC is always on and it cannot cool down below 85° and that is not a good bill at all. The builders should be shot
