  I discovered a leak occurring around a ceiling AC vent on the 3rd floor of my Townhome, the source of which was difficult to identify. I did hear a dripping sound behind the wall of the upstairs kids bedroom, which added to the mystery. I looked up Premium General Contractors (using Thumbtack app) and asked them for a free estimate. They were quick to reply and performed a rapid onsite diagnostic to ultimately identify an issue with incorrectly installed flashing between my TH and the neighbors (we had replaced our roof recently and it appears to have occurred during that time). Premium General replaced the flashing and shingles within a day and guarantee the work. Pretty much solved my headache without much fuss, thank you so much!

  Alex and the Premium General team exceeded expectations. Combination of good planning, responsive service, solid work product, and follow-through transformed our backyard shed (see before/after photos). We’re planning to hire them again on a larger project.
