I am a very satisfied customer of Premier Roofing Co. that was done last August 2021 in Oklahoma. All of the employees were very professional and friendly people that are happy to be working! During the long hot days of working, all I saw was smiles from the workers. I was amazed of the top quality job that was done only in 2 days. I was surprised to see after the cleanup all debris was gone and not one nail was found anywhere in the yard. The closing of my account for the roofing job was delayed because of my sleeping insurance company. They were actually trying to avoid their obligation to withhold $2,990 from my reimbursement. Thanks to the job manager Jasper G., he spent over 2 hours playing phone tag with the insurance company. He was very nice to them but stern sticking up for the truth. Finally, everything was worked out giving me the correct payout. I feel lucky to have chosen Premier Roofing for it's high quality work and a company that will fight for it's customers. I am also happy that Premier has a tremendous warranty after completion of their work.

Jasper is amazing to work with and always professional and on time. I initially called because of a leak in my roof and he patched the area and even checked up to see if it was still working later. When I decided I would like a new roof he made sure to follow up with me when he saw that storms had passed through my area to see about an inspection and insurance claim. He walked me through every step of the process with my insurance company to make sure they had the correct information and that I was getting what I needed on my new roof. The entire team has been a dream to work with, all of them professional, kind, and on time. I would recommend Premier Roofing to anyone that needs a new roof!
