  Chris was very helpful with scheduling an appoint to go over the roof issues I had. Shane and Chris were on time and provided me with the information I needed. Since I was unable to see the roof damage I had, Shane provided me with pictures which clearly showed me the issues I had. Based on their current work load, they said it would sometime the following week before they could do the work. To my surprise Shane showed up first thing Monday morning. Since I wasn't there when the work was being done, Shane and I stayed in touch over the phone. When he ran into some unforeseen deck damage he called me to get my permission to address it. He also provided me with before and after pictures of the work he had done. IN SUMMARY, I received excellent service and quality work done at a fair price. Premier Roofing actually delivered what they promised. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your roofing and related repair needs. Thanks Shane & Chris

  Came out to look at a needed roof repair, stated he would send an estimate, and then never got back to me (despite multiple phone calls and emails). If you read through the reviews, you will see that I am not the first customer to have this experience with this business.

  I'm way over-due on posting this review. Shane and his crew installed a new roof on a house we bought last April. It's beautiful, high-quality work, and at a very reasonable price. Our neighbors were so impressed by the efficiency and the workmanship that they hired Premier to do their roof, too. This is THE roofing company to use in Tuscaloosa. Completely satisfied, and Shane is incredibly easy to talk to and happy to answer questions.
