  Had a small problem that was quickly turning into a big one. Timing was not on our side as more rain was expected and we had an out of town commitment. Derek (the owner) responded immediately to my call at 8:00am and was on site as committed by 10:30am after he checked in with his team on a roof installation project off island. He didn't slam in a patch repair, he did a complete and proper repair. He also took the time to blend in shingles from another section so it was not a group of new shingles in one spot. Derek was professional, fun to hang out on the roof with and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Whether it is a future issue or just time for a new roof, I will be calling Derek. I like people that are OCD and passionate about what they do, the end result shows!
