  Thank for your the promptness in getting to this as several others said that they would b e more than a month out. Roof technicians were courteous and got right to work. Will need a new roof in a few years and will be sure to give you a call.

  Highly recommend PRS. The team showed up and worked quickly and efficiently - completing the work in a day. My Salesperson Tony was very straightforward and reliable - no BS kinda guy that I like dealing with. Communication was very good and he set and hit expectations with no problems whatsoever. The team hit our deadlines and Tony was able to coordinate the install around some gutter work that we had to do.The team cleaned up after itself and unlike roofing jobs I'd had in the past, they didn't leave a bunch of discarded nails and scraps around the property. The roof looks great. They had previously completed a small repair quickly and perfectly. I'd priced around and had received 5 bids. They were right in the middle with the expensive bid being stupid expensive and the cheap one being sketchy cheap. Absolutely recommend preferred Roofing Services to anyone looking for a repair or complete replacement.

  Had a metal roof on my house that was beginning to fail and asked Preferred to come out to take a look at replacing it. Jim came out and quoted me a couple of different options at my request because I was trying to fit this unplanned expense in the budget for the year. They were 6-8 weeks out on their schedule when we first talked but said they would try to squeeze it in earlier knowing that I was having problems with my existing roof. In less than a week they had a crew out there and had the whole tear-off and install done in one day. Quality of work was great and the crew did a very thorough clean-up job before they left. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a roofing contractor in TC!
