  We purchased a home with a roof that was in really bad shape. We didn't know the extent of how bad it was until the intense rain storm came through Los Angeles a few weeks ago. Through years of neglect, the roof had major leaks. We called Preferred Roofing. They came out and put a tarp up on the roof right away to stop the leaking temporarily. We then hired them to replace our roof. David, the owner, was upfront and real about the cost, what needed to be done, and what they might discover when they pull up the old roof. There was a lot of rotted wood underneath. They replaced that, installed a new roof and did it in just a few days. The crew they sent were friendly, efficient and didn't leave a mess. David and Aaron communicated with us throughout the process and the end result was a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend Preferred Roofing.

  From start to finish everything was very smooth. Mr. David Pane was very professional and knows exactly how to get the job done. Ms. Erika was such a pleasure to talk to and goes above and beyond to help. Best roofers in LA indeed! I would recommend this company anytime.

  Great crew - David and his team were on time every morning and finished a day earlier than expected. They cleaned up daily and were friendly, professional extremely competent. They answered questions and explained details well. Aaron was very responsive to questions during the bidding, scheduling and roof color selection process. Honestly, I didn't even get another bid -- several years ago I had them come look at the roof and was told I had a few years of life left. This time, Aaron said I could also wait another year but was ready to get it done (we'd lived here 21 years and hadn't replaced the roof -- it was time). Highly recommend.
