  Very impressed. Preferred Exteriors replaced the siding on my house as a result of an insurance claim. Bill really knows his stuff. He worked with my insurance company to help me get it fixed right. He sent me regular update messages and videos throughout the job. His crew worked efficiently and the level of workmanship was exceptional. The amount of flashing installed to protect from water infiltration is amazing. I am certain I will not need to replace this siding again. Can't wait to work with Bill again on a patio cover we are planning.

  Mike & Paula Dahl were really great to work with. Thank you for your comments on my my expertise. Doing this for 30 years here in Clark County, I always install to Hardie Planks ELITE criteria installation and then I even add more flashing. I also do many quality control inspections. This job I did about 14 of them, pretty much every day. After the concrete is poured I will start the patio covering. Thanks again for your business and trust in my company.

  I hired Bill of Preferred Exteriors to replace some of the hardy plank siding on my house and to paint the entire exterior of the house. Bill was quick to respond when I inquired about his service and came out to have a look within a couple of days. He spent a good amount of time looking at the entire exterior with us, listening to what we wanted done and openly giving us his expert thoughts on what needed to be done. He then gave me a detailed estimate of the cost as well as a time line for the work to be done. The work was completed within the timeline as Bill proposed. Bill kept us informed about what work would be occurring at every stage. His crews arrived on time each day, completed their work and cleaned up after. They were polite, easy to work with and highly responsive when I had a question, kept us informed of their progress and made sure to bring to our attention anything we needed to know or see. Bill also did multiple quality control inspections while the work was being done and a final walk through inspection with us when the project was completed. We felt the price paid was competitive, Bill and his team were professionals, and we were very happy with the final product. We would recommend Preferred exteriors and use them again.

Many companies put very few details on their bids keeping things purposefully vague but I prefer putting more details so you can know exactly what the process is. Your project had a few hurdles to get over but we are glad we did and it was my pleasure serving both you. Thanks also for referring Preferred Exteriors to your friends and neighbors.   Our home inspection called out some potential issues with the siding and recommended we have it looked it. We called Preferred Exteriors and Bill, the owner, inspected our siding and let us know that it was in mostly good shape but that we would want some painting done. He recommended a painter. We appreciated Bill's honest opinion and are glad we can get some more use out of our current siding. I would not hesitate to call Bill again if I have any siding or roofing needs.
