  We’ve lived in our house for 22 years. Had rooms remodeled, windows replaced, and an addition put on. Precision Roofing was hands down the worst home improvement company we have dealt with. The workers left the yard in shambles. Equipment was placed directly on top of decorative shrubs (picture 2) Every night we would pick up nails and other sharp objects even though the contract stated the work area would be cleaned. Picture 1 is sharps I picked up OFF THE DRIVEWAY one night. Picture 5 shows nails/screws/razor blades picked up after they went over the yard with a magnet (and we are still finding nails in the yard). Picture 3 shows a gutter that was left hanging for a week. Notice that it’s hanging directly above a window well. The work was done when snow melt and rain were running off the roof-and this hanging gutter funneled all that runoff directly into the window well. Yes. We did get water in our basement,which didn’t seem to be an issue to the Project manager. These issues are just the opening salvo. I honestly don’t know how this company is still in business. If you care about your house at all, do NOT do business with them!

We were surprised by this review after the final walkthrough we had, and with you signing our Quality Assurance Agreement. If you wouldn't mind reaching out so we may discuss what happened between then and now, it'd be appreciated. As for the landscaping, we apologize that this was not better protected, but from the pictures provided can see where our crew may have missed this given the time of year and being partially snow covered.   Overall a good experience with Precision Roofing, once they got us scheduled and actually started the project. We started the process in early August and the roof wasn't installed until mid December. The quality of their work is excellent, the communication could be improved upon. Also it never was entirely clear who my "point person" was as it seemed to change throughout the process - so when I had questions the person I had recently be in communication with would pass me off to someone else.

  They did a great job on our roof and worked on a Sunday to finish the job. We got our roof put on in the Winter and only issue I had is they started the work the day before 40 mph winds. We had all sorts of stuff flying off our roof and they had to come back to secure it. Communication about when they were starting our roof could have been better too.
