  Joe was a God send. I'm so pleased with the work he did. We had a leak in our roof and he came out and repaired it and the next night it rained no leaks. Ill call them anytime and tell others of the good work. Thank you again.

  After contacting a handful of other companies searching for help taking down a huge old TV antenna and satellite dish attached to our chimney and roof, Precision truly came through for us! Being such a small job, we understood that many companies would likely not want to take it on, but Deonah and Joe were nothing short of wonderful in providing an estimate, scheduling the service, arriving on time, and quickly taking care of the removal and roof patching. Highly recommend!

  Do yourself a favor and hire somebody, anybody, else. Precision was a nightmare to deal with, from terrible communication, poor customer service, constant delays, and final bills unexpectedly thousands of dollars higher than estimated. I could write a novel on my horrible experience but won't waste your time the way Precision will jerking you around. To top it all off I still have leaks and fascia damage $12,000 later. Deonah and Joe have a good, hardworking crew but they seem to have no idea how to run a good business.

  We strive to give every one of our customers great customer service; I would like to personally apologize that you feel this is not the case. Your final invoice was more than the estimate because there were multiple layers of roofing materials; the estimate was for removal of one layer of roofing materials and stated that it would be extra for any additional layers. There were also additional repairs needed that we preformed that were not on the original estimate (wood replacement, some fascia repairs and we replaced some siding) these additional repairs were approved by you prior to the work being performed. The comment regarding your still experiencing a leak it is not related to the roof we installed in March. On October 5th, 2018 you contacted us regarding a leak that you were experiencing. As soon as we received your email, we sent over one of our technicians and upon completion of the inspection they found that the leak near your garage is being caused by an improperly wrapped second story window which is allowing water to enter and run behind the siding and leaking into the garage. The other area you asked us to look at was a plumbing issue located inside your attic space above the bathroom (the connector for the stink pipe extension had rotted allowing light to be seen from inside). We gave an estimate for this repair; We tried to locate the proper parts to connect the two different style pipes. Unfortunately, the proper parts were not readily available to us and we kept searching for them; which was explained to you on October 10th, 2018 about why it was taking longer than we expected. I understand that you are upset about us not being able to complete the second project in the time frame you would have liked; we seriously tried. We went to every supply house in town and traveled out of town to locate the part we needed for your project, and nothing was the exact fit. We would not band-aid a project in our own home therefore we would not band-aid a project in your home either. We strive at giving our customers a finished project that they can be proud of and I feel that the work we were initially hired to preform (your new roof) was to your satisfaction other than the additional cost do to the extra work needed. Again, I apologize that we did not meet all of your expectations on your second project with us. I hope you have a wonderful day, Deonah Precision Roofing Inc.
