The manager, staff, and crew were very responsive and professional from start to finish. The manager Doug came over and patiently explained all the work, including the materials, to us before we decided to replace the roof. In their hectic schedule, they still find some free time to inspect our roof and show us materials.
When the staff comes, they clean every day before departure. On the last day, the team leader would inform us that their work was done, that they had the materials sorted out on the side of our home, and let us know that the company would come to pick up the remaining materials. Excellent work, thank you, Precision Roofing.

I am so thankful we went with Precision for our new roof. From start to finish this company was prompt, professional and courteous. Rodney was wonderful to work with. I appreciate his continuous communication throughout the process. He assisted with obtaining financing options and provided excellent customer service. Brooke was amazing and kept in constant contact with me regarding the job.

Precision was very professional and thoughtfully determined the type of repairs  needed for issues with our existing stainless steel perimeter gutter system. It also handled the shingle course removal and replacement adjacent to the gutter.  Appreciated Precision's communication to clarify what needed to be done, as well as its perseverance to complete the project during a run of weather challenges. Completed job looks good and the clean-up effort following the work  appreciated.  Would recommend and use Precision again.

Some disruption during 2021 COVID due to initial quote personnel leaving the company. After I was able to get back in touch with main office, the work was scheduled and completed within reasonable time frame.

I am very disappointed with this company because of my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received.  I had a confirmed bid with Rodney Smith (their estimator) for my home gutter replacement on 3/19/22 before he left,  he then increased the price TWICE within 12 hours and blamed the mistakes were caused by their computer system, even though their contract states they guarantee their price for 30 days. When I brought the issues to their manager Ben’s attention on 3/21/22, he simply said it was human mistakes (TWICE) and they couldn’t do the job at the 2nd higher price either.  He told me to find another company as they don’t want to do business with me without given me any reasonable explanations.  They also don’t call customers back when they promised they would. On 3/21/22, Ben told me he would call me back on that same day or the next day to offer a solution but I still haven’t received his call back, and it has been over a week already. I fell they are taking advantage of customers whom has urgent needs for gutter replacement, it totally wasted of my time. They have no intention to fixing their mistakes or solving the issues when brought up to their attention, no apology for their disrespectful misbehavior either. They made no attempts in solving the issues and it has been causing me great stresses and hassles in postponing my gutter replacement, also suffering losses as I will also have.  Please keep in mind they are licensed and bonded company conducting business in both Oregon and State of Washington but how they handled the issues is highly unprofessional.  I personally don’t believe they deserve any star in this review and won’t recommend this company to any potential customers.

This is a very good company to do business with. However, there were four reschedule issues. It was a little bit comical as the four reschedules were intended by the company to do better and get our install done earlier. The failure resulted in our getting our gutters on basically the same day originally scheduled. 😉  Staff members working out-in-the-field and those in the office are very professional and nice. They are very good at what they do. I would highly recommend them.

Precision Roofing did great work for me.  They showed up on time, were very proffessional, reliable and did very high quality work.  I also noticed (as I use a lot of contractors these days), that they left my place without leaving a trace.  It looked great and I was very pleased with everything.

Pricing was good.  Crew showed up on time and completed work in a timely manner.  Best of all though, Precision listened to all my requirements and concerns, and the finished product was exactly what we had envisioned!  Very happy with my experience!

I really have nothing but wonderful things to say about Precision roofing and gutter. From the staffing, the quality of work, to the owner himself. I will be honest, this review should have go up a while go, but choose to go through Precision for our brand new roof and gutter due not only pricing, but really how they made us feel. On day one we felt no pressure and more like we were part of a family.  Making us feel at ease, taking time to talk about options, walking us through every step of the process. Something that I would try to do to with my own family if they ever needed help with anything. Being there. Then came the first day of construction, the tearing off of the roof. Oh boy were we in for some pleasant surprises with how affordable wood has been lately. But Precision was there. Taking us through the steps. Doing what they could to provide us with the best possible product with out trying to break the bank. Shopping around for us for the best possible price for all of the sheets of plywood we were about to purchase. During the construction all members of the team were an absolute delight to talk to. Letting us know when they were coming and going so we could let our dogs back out if they needed to use the gates. Then skipping forward to the end product.  Perfection. We absolutely love our new roof and gutters. We could not be happier. But really, the best part of the story for me, was the end. Sure we had a few hiccups along the way, most projects do. But it was when we had our hiccup, the owner personally came out and talked to us about thr issue. This was amazing, knowing we were not just an order number to them or him. I would with out a doubt recommend Precision roofing and gutter to anyone and everyone that is in the market for a new roof or gutters.  Professionally, security, and pricing is what I drove us to choosing them.

I had a great experience with Precision. The estimator was thorough and to the point. The office staff was nice to work with and kept good communication throughout the project. They were very fast at replacing my roof and it looks great!
