  My wife and so are building a house in Asheville and due to delays the wood framing and sub flooring have been saturated by rain. After doing some pre-testing on my own, I called Joel and he met me at my house on schedule. The mold remediation team’s work had to be moved to a different day to accommodate my build schedule and they worked with me to reschedule. Would recommend Precision Restoration for mold treatment.

  On Easter weekend we came home to a house full of water at 8pm when a hose broke on the back of our washing machine, by 10pm a crew was at or house working to remove water and place fans throughout the house. Over the next several months they worked to get us back in our house. The team was very professional, on time and knowledgeable about all our needs. They worked hand and hand with our insurance company and things went smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend them. .
