  When I met Gavin I shared my ideas and details with him about how I wanted my back covered back porch patio to look. I showed him pictures of other houses that had the look and construction that I wanted to have. Gavin put my ideas and vision into drawings and eventually built the exact “Country covered porch” what I had envisioned in my head on the back of my house. He also built a freestanding pergola that covers my 8‘ x 8‘ hot tub adjacent to the covered back porch. He then added a connecting 10‘ x 14‘ Sun Deck with a beautiful arch pattern off of the concrete step down from the covered porch. Gavin has built a Sanctuary in my Backyard in the Middle of Owensboro. Gavin wasn’t done yet. He then enclosed the backyard with a double-sided wood fence that adds a sense of security, privacy and also reduces noise because of the double slats on both sides of the fence. He has given us a place to relax after work and enjoy quality family time all year round with our children and grandchildren. I was really impressed because during the construction process he stopped and asked questions to make sure things were exactly like I wanted. If you want some thing built on your house that is not cookie-cutter or out of a box, I would highly recommend Gavin because he is a craftsman that has an old-school skill and quality that’s hard to find these days : He takes pride in his work and he loves what he’s doing.

  The addition of my house was needing set back to level and he came in got everything true and level installed new posts and did a very professional job made sure I was happy with everything before leaving great guy would recommend him anytime to do any of the work you need done. Couldn't ask for a better guy.
