  Mateo Dias and Darvin Lemme were excellent to work with!! They both took time to explain any questions we had. Mateo took a lot of time checking the roof over and was very patient going above and beyond making sure the repairs were done correctly. We would highly recommend Precision Construction Services to anyone!

  My dad got a quote for a roof from them and they wanted $12,000! the company that he actually hired only charged $2,600. I have heard worse stories from lots of other people as well. How do you want to get ripped off?... With precision!

  Michael, I apologize if something went wrong with a quote we gave your Dad. That certainly sounds like something is out of alignment with these numbers. It seems like there must some big variation in the scope of work. I was not able to find a similar name in our call logs or appointment calender and would certainly appreciate the opportunity to gather more information from you and or your Dad on the details about our quote for a solution vs the less expensive one He chose. I very much understand how seeing this difference costs would make you upset. We are not the cheapest way but we are competitive, apples to apples, in most situations.   I had my roof replaced by Precision Construction in November 2019. I knew, going in, that they had an excellent reputation, and after working with them on my roof, I can see why. From the beginning interview to the end of the roof replacement, they did a great job. They did a great job of working with my insurance company to be sure everything I needed was included. Their employees were professional and courteous and did a fabulous job of cleaning up. I highly recommend Precision to anyone and everyone.
