We had quite the project for Marc and his crew. They removed our existing deck and replaced it with our beautiful screened in porch, stamped concrete patio and built in grill area. Like all projects especially during this pandemic, we had to make changes due to material availability and Marc was extremely helpful with that process. We did end up going over the original time frame but again that was due to the current state we live in but he was still able to get us done in time for our daughter’s graduation party. It’s been 2 months since they completed the project and a panel is coming off and needs repair. Marc came out quickly and has a plan to fix it. Marc stands behind his work. We would definitely recommend Precise Building Contractors.

This company was easy to work with. We needed structural work, the big kind. This company was able to set our minds at ease and deliver what we needed for our house. When you jack up a house total trust is needed. We found that trust with Mark. Big shout out to Mark and Precise Contractors for the great work they did for us.

We would highly recommend Marc, owner of Precise, and his crew for any remodel project. We were in desperate need of repair on our previous back patio. With the help and recommendations from Precise we now have an awesome 12x12 deck that will be used for years to come. Marc went above and beyond with all my hesitations and uncertainty on the end result of this project. Great workers and company!
