I’m not interested in airing my problems in this manner, but I purchased my system in March 2021. Installed May 2021 if you can call a system that still doesn’t work installed! Two trips by the installation crew and one by their service guys and still waiting for the system to work. My automatic bank payments have begun and still waiting for my system to work! I’m still waiting for the update on the Federal Rebate and no one calls me back! I feel scammed and if something doesn’t change drastically further actions will need to be taken. By the way don’t expect anything to be cleaned or finished. They just cut holes and leave them for you to fix. I was so excited about this purchase and now I just wish I never bothered. Update! Well, it’s March of 2022 and I am finally seeing results from my panels. I received a couple of checks to cover my loan payments. I cleaned and patched myself. I’m hoping to see a positive return in my investment this year.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. Got the panels back in March and that was a hassle in itself. Didn't show up for appointments multiple times. Process took forever to get inspected and up and running. Then found out the salesman lied to us more than once. Was told our loan would be interst free for the 12 months....that was a lie. Told that what we were getting would offset our electric bill....that was a lie. Told that it would melt the snow itself without having to get on the roof to clean them.....that was a lie. Not sure if you see a trend here or not. It's been so bad that I actually tell people to not get them even though I can get 1000 per reference. Worst 40,000 dollar investment that I've ever seen.

Called to get a quote and had a very bad experience. The offer that was generated was upwards of $5 per watt which is not near what I'm seeing with other installers of around $3 per watt. On top of that when I seemed hesitant the sales person got rude fast saying he "didn't want to waste time" working with me in the future and seemed to blame me for not getting a commision when I didn't know that's how he's getting paid and I "wasted two of his hours driving out here". On top of that he suggested I've obviously never looked into solar panels because I would have known I was expected to sign the agreement for the panels because someone came to my house to give me a quote. My wife commented afterward she was coming in and tell him to leave for how rude he was being but he was already on his way out. Altogether not a great experience, high pressure sales tactics, poor value for what they quote, and a bunch of double speak about what incentives, credits, and tax rebates.
