  Do not pay the owner of this business in advance and double check his work before he leaves. We paid $2200 for a car port with one rain gutter and it started leaking immediately after I ran the water hose. I called Mr. Guerrero for the leaky gutter, beams that were not painted, sheets of metal that were not cut properly including metal shavings and screws that were left laying on my driveway. He sent a worker of his a week later to repaint, cut the metal sheets and volunteered to refund me $200 for the rain gutters and he never did. This isn't about the money, it's about making sure he doesn't do this to other people like he did to me.
