In addition to great craftsmanship, everyone was personable and clearly likes working there.

Loved the walk through of options / features (I call it the big bag of goodies). The sales rep had great aesthetic suggestions that we're so happy we went with.

We used Power to replace our windows this year, would HIGHLY recommend, these guys are the best! Super professional and knowledgeable, windows were high quality and they cleaned everything before they left. They even had a quality control inspector come after the installation to double check the work! Every single person we’ve talked with throughout our project has been super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable- highly recommend!

From start to finish Power Home Remodeling was extremely professional.  From William, the first gentleman at our door, Zach our remodeling consultant, Kevin & Kevin Project Managers, what a team!  The gentleman who did the actual roofing worked as if they knew each other’s thoughts.  They definitely made me know they do this type work full time. The finished roof looks beautiful, sturdy and stately.  Erin the Quality assurance manager assured us our roof is fully guaranteed for 50 years with winds up to 130 mph!  With confidence I can assure you, you  will also have hiring Power Home Remodeling.

The most unprofessional company I have ever delt with! They sold us on a great product (windows) and absolute respect including a "Customer Bill of Rights". The windows are good so far (waiting on summer) but since the day they installed our windows they have been irreverent. To the point when we call no matter who we talk to, because it's ALWAYS someone different we get "Oh, that project." When we informed them about the MANY problems we had with the insulation crew (Dec 14) we were told they would be talked to. That's great but what about our brand new washing machine they dented? (After four phone calls we got a $200 check) Letting our cats out of the one room that was to be done last in the middle of the project? Leaving our deep freezer unplugged spoiling food? Leaving the keys to the new door outside? The shards of glass we are still finding? Lastly, there was one window that was supposed to come with a dryer vent. It did not. They tried to make it work but it broke. That's fine they tired things happen. After a month with no update we called to see if the order was even placed, and when it might be in. Once it came in it was the wrong window again, Feb 12, so after another month with no update we called again set everything up for March 19th. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP OR EVEN CALL. All winter we have had ply wood cover for the missing window by our pipes. We paid more (compared to the four other estimates) to guarantee respect or at least common courtesy neither of which we have received. The windows themselves are great so far but now we are wary if we should ever need to use the warranty.

Update: They were scheduled again for March 26. They did it again!!! They didn't show up or even call! When I called them Monday they said they knew on Friday that they didn't even have my window! When asked what they would do to reconcile they apologized and said they were going to have a talk with the people involved. Also we would receive nothing for our wasted time. The most disrespectful and inconsiderate company and employees I have ever dealt with.

We had a very positive experience with Power Home Remodeling Company from sales to installation and were very impressed with the amount of support.  Each step of the way, Power Home Remodeling was there for us.  The price was right and the quality of the windows excellent.  The installation team was professional, and a qualified manager reviewed all work.  The warranty is exceptional as the windows have a lifetime guarantee.  We heartily recommend this company and will use them again for other projects.

Power has been absolutely fantastic since the beginning! Scott set up our initial FREE estimate, then Justin met with us on a Saturday! We told him in the beginning we didn’t want to waste his time, as we were not ready to complete any of the projects we wanted to do. He was so wonderful, said it was not a problem at all, and spent the entire day with us! We talked about roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors, and all of the amazing products they have to offer. In the end, we decided to proceed with a new roof and gutters. The warranty can’t be beat, and the materials being used for our projects are some of the best in the industry. We are so excited about our new roof and gutters, and cannot wait for the day that we can begin phase 2 of our project! The customer service is top notch! We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling for EVERYONE!

I'm very pleased with all aspects of this company.  From the first person,  McKenzie, who originally knocked on my door, to Miguel who did an excellent job with his in depth presentation and thorough explanation, to Cory, my pre installation manager.  After that everything went up hill. Everyone I came  in contact with, whether in person or on the phone, was  always very professional.  I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.  Five stars is not enough.  This is a 10 star company.

We are very happy with the Power team, from our salesman Kareem, our install team with Brandon, and our warranty manager Adam. It was a pleasure to deal with each of them. We love our new windows and patio door and are looking forward to our next install of windows in the spring of 2022. Thank you all for your professionalism and services.

We recently had some windows replaced by these guys and are delighted with the results. They were quick, responsive, clean, and we are loving the quality of the windows and workmanship. Because of this we have decided to do the rest of our home plus one of our sliding doors. I never expected to be so excited to have new windows/doors but working with Alex, Tyler and the rest of Power has been so easy.
