  We had them replace our old 3 tab roof to a nice architectural shingle and replaced our awful (off) white siding that was brittle and stained to a beautiful blue and white trim. What a great crew they have. Great all around! Don’t let the picture of what it looked like before fool you, it wasn’t good. The green yard in the spring made it appear nicer, I wish it was spring and the yard was nicer to give a better comparison. The house looks brand new and we couldn’t be happier. Their roofers and siding guys are top notch! Pay attention to the quote though and make sure they explain the costs, we received a quote for 48sq of siding and only 44 was delivered, ended up only needing 41. The sales guy insists the number in the quote is only a placeholder put in by the office even after they came out and measured. Why do you need a placeholder if you did measurements? There was no discount for the 4 square of siding that never showed up and we have a little over 3 square. I understand it was a special order and they can’t return that though. We are upset because in our eyes the quote and the material delivered don’t match and we feel it is a little deceptive. Still going to rate pretty high because we are happy with the work.

  I recently had my entire roof replaced with Powell Roofing. This was done even tho my DR Horton house is not even 4 years old . DR Horton could care less about the homes on my street with the same roofing issues. DR Horton is well aware of the roofing issues on Woolum Drive in Monck's Corner. Horrible work DR Horton did , I would never recommend any one buying a home from them. I will say I am Extremely Happy with my new roof that Powell Roofing installed. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs not to mention there clean up was excellent . They were all very nice to work with. Michael Nilan
