  Sean Delahanty is not a worthy "handyman". He convinced me otherwise. I had a deck that needed repair and replace some rotted wood of a window and seal the panes in the bay window. Also repair a small section of fence that a tree fell on. He will also leave the construction debris for you to haul away. These pictures say it all. If I were you, I would not use him.

  Sean Delehanty is not to be trusted. He does not have the qualifications to do the work he claims he will do. He will also beg money then disappear leaving work uncompleted, but your checks cashed!
