  Rian, Brian, Gabe and the crew representing PM Leary, exceeded my expectations with their expert knowledge, help and service regarding my recent emergency. They reacted immediately and relieved me of the worries including, my first, dealings with an insurance claim (thank you Rian!). The guys were punctual and respectful as they diligently returned my home back to normal. Gabe kept me informed and up to date every step of the way. I am happy to recommend this company and to know I have a reliable business for future needs.

  The Leary Restoration Team came immediately to access damage. They dried water damage immediately, removed floor rugs, reparied water damage, & replaced floor covering. They were professional and provided excellent service throughout their visits.

  Our dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded two rooms in our cabin. The crew came out the same day we called and kept us informed about their ETA while en route to our place an hour away from Plattsburgh. They moved furniture, rolled up rugs, set up fans and a dehumidifier, and explained how it all worked to us before they left. They took our rugs back to their facility to dry them out and retuned 48 hours later (on a Saturday afternoon) to put it all back together, like nothing ever happened. I would definitely call them again if we had another disaster.
