  I strongly recommend using Platinum Roofing. They were professional, courteous, honest, and on time. I had been trying for months to get my roof replaced. Other companies would schedule appointments and never show up. I had two companies come out and give me an estimate and when i tried to schedule to have the work done i could not get in contact with one and the other agreed to do the work but never showed up. After trying to track them down for months i gave up . I saw Mr. Sims television ad and decided to give them a try. I got an immediate response. I explained my situation. They were very sympathetic. I got a quote within a couple of days and a new roof within a few weeks. Thank you!

  Customer service was professional easy to understand. The roof crew arrived early, installation finished before noon , workmanship has good quality. Clean up was was on point!

  Platinum roofing installed a new roof on our home in Kirkwood. Six months later when we went to replace the older gutters / gutter guards, and learned that the new gutters would leave part of the roof exposed, Platinum came out to install additional shingles in the exposed area at no charge. Michael Sims was very responsive and they prioritized the work so we could remain on schedule with our gutter project. A++
