  This is what my yard looked like for three days. The contract stated: HVAC units, landscape and siding would be protected from debris Debris would be hauled off at the end of each work day. Full nail sweep would be done at the end of each work day. They did none of this. Plus they left food all over my yard which attracted ants. I attempted several times to have my local contact Nick Wood come out to address this issues and he never showed up. I also called the office after the roofers left to speak with Cody Perkins several time and each time I was told her was "very busy". No one is too busy to make a phone call. Not a good experience.

  I had a small leak in my son’s bedroom. I called on a Friday night pretty late and someone actually picked up the phone, I was completely expecting to leave a voicemail. They had someone come look at it, he quickly found the problem. I had a dry-rotted pipe boot. He did give me information on a new roof and a quote for replacing the pipe boot. The roof repair team came out here this morning, one of them hopped up in my attic and identified the leak in there and one got on my roof to examine the pipe boot. They had a price quote within ten minutes of being here and said they could get it fixed today. I think it took them maybe fifteen minutes on my roof after getting the new pipe to fix it. It looks great, and I appreciate how responsive, professional and courteous everyone was! Highly recommend.

  From Paul coming and giving me a quote to the end very professional. These men showed up when scheduled and worked constantly. A very happy crew worked diligently to get everything done professionally. The entire crew was friendly. Watched as they literally crawled on the ground picking up pieces of shingles. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Have used several local companies in the past and Platinum has definitely done the better job. Will be recommending to all that I know.
