  A few months back we were looking to get our roof done. After researching and people recommending this company we contacted them. They did show up the next day to do an estimate. After two days my husband gets an email about the cost to redo the roof. He told them he wanted to move forward and get the roof done. The gentleman was supposed to meet my husband to sign papers to move forward but didn't come by. He called on Friday but assumed they just wanted to leave early. He called back on Monday and no answer. We ended up hiring a different company. Poor communication with this company which was disappointingbecause of the good reviews.

  Absolutely love these guys. Doug, Antonio, MIsty and everyone at Planchon has been incredible. Very communicative, fast to respond, their team is professional and always do a great job. I've been working with them for years now for roof inspections, repairs, and new roofs. I will continue to recommend them to my clients and for my own properties as well.   Called them for an emergency visit during the rain storms and they were able to get to us within 24 hours and stopped a leak next to our chimney. Professional, responsive and reasonably priced.
