  The windows came in when they said they would. Got all house windows installed very quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend and will use them again for future projects!

  Was told I’d have lifetime warranty on windows no questions asked. Frame and glass. Well as soon as they saw my number they would never answer me. But I’d call from a different number and they would quickly answer. Did this 3 different times. Windows are good but if you ever need something replaced they will remember your number and not answer you

  On Nov. 2, 2020 I signed a contract for roof and window replacements. At that time the person (Ben) stated he was the owner ( we discovered later he was actually the son), and promised the work could be completed before Christmas. Two witnesses were present. After hearing nothing I called and discovered there was a so called "delay" , but they would do the roof. Excuse after excuse and over four months later my bay windows are still not here. No one knows where they are. Supposedly in Dallas two weeks ago. The owner called me a liar and hung up on me instead of accepting accountability(teenager syndrome). We can't have our windows replaced because of the contract so here we are. Even through the freeze. They lost their BBB standing during the same time period because of failing to respond to other customer complaints. If you can go anywhere else, do your homework and be wise. We signed a contract (out of pocket for $14,200.00 and still got treated poorly. The only person that they want to have return calls even when you request the owner is a worker by the name of "Jake" because they want your money not your opinion.
