  I ordered material on Sunday 3/13/2022 hoping my material would arrive by Thursday 3/17/2022 Because I had a job on Friday 3/18/2022. I waited till Tuesday 3/15/2022 to call and ask about the progress, they said it would arrive sometime the week after. I needed the material sooner than that I asked if there was any other way they could get it to me faster. The sales representative said that if I pay $69.20 I would diffidently have it by Thursday 3/17/2022. I paid the fee and went off of their good word. The material did not arrive on Thursday (as promised), the material arrived on Saturday 3/20/2022. Due to the late delivery, my work for the customer was late. I’m disappointed and recommend that you always look for material locally vs. trusting Metal Depot to deliver product on time (especially after paying for expedited delivery).

  Word of mouth goes a long way with me and where and how I do my business. I know nothing about metal. None. Nada. Nothing. So when the time came that I needed some I had to trust the recommendation to visit the ladies at Pioneer. Blown away. The eat, breathe, sleep, and live for their business. Top quality customer service, fantastic turn around on product, and an excellent overall experience. I have no desire to get “screwed” over by anyone, I’ll stick with Pioneer, because they “nailed” it! Thanks for being AWESOME!

  Is great place to order vinyl siding and metal.... Metal decking and rails and metal siding.... very helpful customer service
