  I hired this company less than a year ago to do a few jobs for me, my main concern was a leak that I had on one of the units in the apartment downstairs. The so called owner of the company Mohammed convinced me to repair the entire back wall with stucco and waterproofing and that he will also paint my deck. He also said that he will guarantee his work and would respond if any problems would occur in the future. My deck started peeling I called Mohammed and he said don’t waste your time just get a new deck, ok whatever. Now the stucco done in the back is cracking and the window downstairs is still leaking as you can see from the photos. I called him multiple times and no response then I called from another number, his response was that he was busy and hung up the phone. I have spent $13000 with this company in less than a year for the absolute most unprofessional, lying, deceitful, and worst contractors you can hire. Please stay away and don’t make the same mistake I did. Please do your research and hire someone who actually has employees and doesn’t hire outside workers to do the job and than charge to make a commission.

  Very shocked to see such a negative review from you .First of all we just worked at your property last month and you still owe us money.Which you should have paid.Other than that this was a hurricane which hit Newyork city.It is something natural disaster.If you kept your trust by paying us.we should have responded positively and came to fix it for free or by charging you cost of fixing it.So a good lesson for you so next time you pay people what you decide.

  Very honest contractorwho really know what they are doing. They are honest, efficient and reasonably priced. If you need work done hire Pioneer!
