  Could not be happier with the job Pinnacle did on our house. Removed old roof and installed new one all within 2 days. Crew was diligent, safe and cleaned up as they went. Would highly recommend!

  I called Pinnacle Roofing to get a quote on a roof repair. I had to call several times to get an appointment, they came out and then I had to call several times to get a price. After several weeks (over a month of dealing with this company) they send an email declining to give me a quote as they are “busier than usual and don’t want to hold me up”. What? You have already held me up and I was trying to get a second opinion. How unprofessional! I would advise you to do yourself a favor and find another company.

  I had someone from the company come out to my house for an estimate in October. I was told ten days to two weeks for the estimate to come in. I called three times and emailed several times. I was assured after a month of waiting by the person in the office that I would have my estimate in the next three days. I gave up after two months. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We are one of the few Roofing Contractors remaining in Charlotte who not only does complete roof replacements but also repairs, inspections and additionally specializes in high end roofing and custom sheet metal fabrication.
