  They were timely and very efficient. Got us in right away for a roof installation we greatly needed. Fair price and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Cleaned up nicely after they were done and very hard workers. Thanks Pinnacle!

  I live in Wood County , which is where they are located and where they service. I called for a quote , which seemed simple. Gave them my address and name and phone number all that stuff. Told them it was just for my 2 car garage right now because that’s all I need done. Well about a week and a half later I get phone messages from them saying that they won’t service me because “I live over 2 1/2 hours away” I am not sure what they were talking about so I called them back for them to explain. They simply rushed me off the phone and said they’d “look into it” and call me back. I haven’t heard from them since. Maybe it’s because I only wanted my garage done and they don’t care about that project?? But that’s very unprofessional if you ask me. I don’t live that far away from them , this was a huge mistake on their end.

  Workers did a great job to get the roof installed in a very short time with minimal disturbance. Cletus kept in constant touch to make sure everything was going well
