  This crew if workers were awesome! Juan, Oscar and the others were friendly, easy to talk with, work with and they did a great job on our house. My wife and I really appreciate their work. They got to the house early and left late to get the job done! Thanks!

  I had a couple of changes that needed to be made and they were able to make the changes without any problems. They kept a clean job site and they even had some family members come back and clean up the construction site. Really happy with their work and recommend using them in the future.

  Pinnacle Price, Trench Quality Spent 100k plus in framing, roofing, and wood siding. Less than a year later some of the siding was coming off. When contacting the owner about just putting the siding back on the response was poor at best. I was told it wasn't Pinnacle's problem as they were only a subcontractor on the job. The attitude of the call was go away. Pinnacle performed the actual work but apparently feels no obligation to ensure quality. I also sent a email trying to get some visibility on the issue with the company with no response. I hired another contractor which was able to complete the work in under 2 hours. Experience previously had had been lackluster but this was the cherry on top. There are better options. In response to Pinnacle's below reply, the problem was made known to the GC and to Pinnacle. Pinnacle could have (through the GC) made steps to address their failed work operating within any contractual limitation. Pinnacle's stance is a dodge at taking ownership of their work and a demonstration of what you can expect. 10/5/2018 Roof leaks now and upon inspection multiple areas were incorrectly or not flashed at all.

  Response from the owner

  We were a subcontractor on your project. Our legal contract is with your General Contractor. Any warranty issues, fixes, etc., need to go directly through your General Contractor who would then contact the Sub that was responsible for that scope. Due to the legality of contracts, we cannot work directly with homeowners, that breaches the contract in place. I apologize if you were offended, not our intention. This is just the business process we need to follow.
