  BJ replaced our roof 7 years ago. The roof was approximately 7,000 dollars. We had constant problems with the roof leaking. Called BJ (at Pinnacle) every time there was a leak. He did send someone out once or twice and said it was fixed, only to have the roof leak again. When it leaked yet again, I called BJ and he stopped taking our calls or returning them. When he finally did call me back he said, “I don’t know what you want me to do.” Really?! I paid you thousands of dollars for a new roof. The roof is warrantied. The roof didn’t leak like that before you replaced it. We recently had to put out another 10,000 dollars to have the roof replaced correctly by Union Roofing in North Wildwood. They did a fantastic job with NO leaks, so if you need a new roof, call Union Roofing, not Pinnacle.
