Installed metal roofing. We did not find out until years later the flashing around the chimney was not installed correctly. Looked like whoever did work had no idea what they were doing. Probably hired cheap labor with no experience and contractor did not oversee the work. Now we have a ruined ceiling and rotted soffit and other damage. My husband is a 70+ disabled veteran and it is impossible to find someone that wants to come behind bad work and try to correct it. Contractors love to bid jobs, feed you a line of bull, dump a bunch of workers off and run to the next fool.

Had them back three times to fix a leak on our back porch & it's still leaking. His crew saw the problem to begin with for the price we paid they should have fixed that to begin with.
