  This is more of a review on an interview and what I thought about this company as a potential employee back in 2016. As I get older i am not an advocate of working for such small companies. They expect so much beyond your work life balance committed all to them and no personal life. Now with the pandemic I just wonder how their business is doing with the poor couple Jay and Harley? If you like working and have no personal life and expect little pay than this company is perfect for this roofing employer. If you have a life with family and friends and money in your income is not all about you than stay away from this cooky place!
