  We recently purchased new counter tops from Tri County Cabinetry & Design. Kay was wonderful in helping us through the process of selecting our material and our layout. The installation went perfectly and we are happy with the result. Thank you for a great experience.

  I would like to respond to the review by Joe Paczkowski. I happen to be the person he talked with about a countertop. He stopped in and wanted a price quote right then. As prices on laminate tops vary greatly depending on the color, size of top, finish on the top, edge profile and the number of finished ends or miters; I explained that we always draw out the countertop plan and send it in to our suppliers for a quote. He did not want to wait for that and asked me for a quote "off the top of my head". I told him we did not like to do that as it might not be accurate. As he said, I told him it would be AT LEAST $500.00. I did send his measurements and choice of color in for a quote from our supplier. The quote came back at $750.00. I did not take any deposit or anything from Mr Paczkowski - only gave a verbal quote.. This is why we send all of our quote requests to our suppliers. I am sincerely sorry that I gave him a figure that he had in his mind as definite without waiting to hear back from our supplier on the cost figure. If I have upset him, I do apologize for that.

  Their newly purchased cabinet store on M129 is terrible. I went there to get an estimate for a simple countertop with one miter cut. The in house estimate was $500 using my drawing and their product books and their calculations in store. They then said they would send the quote to their fabricators for approval and would contact me by the end of the day. That never happened until the following Tuesday. The final quote was a whopping 50 percent more coming in at $750. Their service is unprofessional and their prices are way too high. I would give them a zero if I could.
