  Two days into owning our new home, the lift pump in our basement broke. Needless to say, we had a huge mess on our hands. Phoenix Restoration responded quickly and helped us through a difficult time. They did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them!

  My mother had an suv drive through her home. Glass, insulation, etc went throughout the place. We called Phoenix Restoration to clean it up. Each time we talked they were very nice and professional, yet had a good 'home-town' feel. We had a couple of issues but they were remedied immediately. Their customer service is definitely the best.

  The best I will give them is a 3 not the most professional they are not really organized and wasted my time working for them and when I talked to the boss or owner in his office he was nice but it looks bad when you have a bud light on your table at work I've help run a company for years and we have a 5 star rating I think that of they weren't nit picky and more organized they would definitely do better
