  I am in the flooring business also and business is extremely good right now. Business is so good that me and my crew cannot do it all. Like most people would do, I take on the job anyway know that I can count on Phillips Flooring to help me out and vice versa. All of the employees at Phillips are extremely professional, knowledgeable, on time, and very hard working. They are protected in all of the work they have done for me. They have a great show room with an enormous amount of selections and if they don't have what your looking for in the store, they go out of their way to get it for you! The owners are some of the most friendly people I know of and address any and all situation that may arise immediately, even if it's after hours. I have been doing business with them for approximately 2 years and will continue to do business with them for many years to come! If you want a flooring store that treats you like family instead of just another customer, Phillips Flooring is the place for you!!

  Phillips Flooring did a terrible job installing our expensive wool carpet and hardwood floors during a renovation. Installers were rude and threatened to walk off job. Owner came on site and was verbally aggressive to us and got in our faces to try to intimidate us in our own home when we wanted to resolve our issues and questions regarding their performance and installation. Horrible company to do business with. Sub-par performance and job for $51K paid. They were the weak link in our renovation! Ignore the other review by Rick Vermillion - he referred us to Phillips Flooring so I am not surprised to see an endorsement online by him. Go look at the pictures I posted on Angie's List and decide for yourself...

  Went in to ask some questions about what I can use to clean my laminate floors and the 2 ladies up front were so nice. They told me what I can use and the floor looks great after their advice
