  I just had Philco perform some maintenance/repairs to my metal roof. I am impressed with this company. I called their office number and a very helpful and pleasant young lady actually answered the phone! We set up an approximate day/time for one of their roofing technicians to stop by to evaluate the job and gather info for an estimate. Within a few days of my initial call my roof was expertly repaired at a price I was pleased to pay. I am glad to have found this company at the recommendation of a friend. I now have a roof “guy”! Everyone knows how important it is to find companies that do good work and are professional and I have found my “roofing guys”! Thank you Philco.

  I first met Phillip 2 years ago when I moved to the Mooresville area. I needed work done around the house and I was concerned about how much life my roof had left as it looked old. When nobody else was returning phone calls, a neighbor had highly recommended him to me. Phillip and his crew did great work around the house and I appreciated his honesty discussing my roof. Fast forward 2 years. They just replaced my roof and did an incredible job. They were fast, clean and the price was fair. I would recommend using Phillip for any projects for your home.

  After one of our resent storms a tree limb decided to remodel the roof of my house. Philco showed up and was able to repair the holes in just one day. Their prices were by far the best around and I only had to wait for the rain to stop before they showed up to fix it.
