  Phil DiBello Family Roofing was the company I bought my new roof from a few years ago. I was very pleased with their work - quality of materials, crew, clean up - all were excellent. Because of my great experience with Phil DiBello Family Roofing, I decided to call them when I needed new siding for my house. Their prices are very competitive and in this case were about half of the first estimate I got from another siding company. So I choose Phil DiBello Family Roofing and once again, I am extremely pleased with their work. The whole house was sided in two days. The crew was amazing! They were friendly, left the site clean, and did a very professional job. My house looks great! I'll use Phil DiBello Family Roofing for any of the services they provide and I highly recommend them.

  My husband set an appointment with Tatiana for an estimate on repairing leaks in our roof. The contractor called about 20 minutes before the appointment to say that he saw our home on google maps, can see we had a new roof put on recently, and said they don’t do repairs. Basically, he won’t be showing up. When asked to clarify, because we have four leaks and made the appointment for exactly that, he said unless we were ready to spend 18k on a new roof then they wouldn’t be working with us. All he could/would do is show up and take measurements to give a quote on a roof replacement. Weird considering they have repairs listed on their website as part of their expertise… We sent an email to Tatiana asking what the deal was because my husband made it clear the appointment was for repair and that this was really upsetting considering our small window to get this taken care of (baby due in less than two weeks). We even confirmed that there would be pictures taken of the damaged/trouble spots to send to our warranty company. She just apologized and sent another company name to call. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing considering how highly recommended this company came. Thankfully we were able to get fourtwelve roofing out the next morning when we called and explained our situation.

As soon as we were able to review your appointment details from Tatiana, which was 48 hours after you emailed us about your roof appointment request, our estimator called you to get more details about your situation to make sure this was something we could help you with. You informed us that your house was recently rehabbed and a new roof was installed by another roofing company. You also told us that the roof has 4 different leaks, which you wanted us to simply repair. After being in business for 43 years, we have seen every leak in the book. Not all roof leaks are the same and some are much more involved and difficult than others to diagnose and fix. We explained to you that when a brand new roof has leakage in 4 different areas (which is very unusual for a new roof), this is typically the result of poor installation. We first recommended for you to call back the company who installed the roof since their should be a warranty on the workmanship, which means they should fix these leaks for you at no charge. If we start working on your roof, it will likely void any warranty you have. We are known to go out of our way to help our clients and lead them in the right direction. Attempting to repair a flat roof with 4 different leaks will most likely lead to the roof eventually leaking again or more leaks will develop in other areas. We have seen this hundreds of times over the years. In order for us to guarantee that the leaks are fixed and your roof will be sound for years to come with a solid warranty, especially with your baby on the way, we recommended a new roof that is installed correctly. We tried our best to help you out by being honest and straightforward, which is what our company was built on. Nonetheless, we wish you the best of luck in finding a solution to your roofing needs!

  Our entire experience was positive and we would highly recommend Phil DiBello Roofing to our family and friends. We worked with Mike F throughout the process and he was great. The estimate was timely and competitive, the work was scheduled and completed on time and after the job was finished the clean up and follow up exceeded our expectations.
