  After calling no less than 6 different times, I still have no resolution for my leaking roof. The first time a guy came out and caulked the flashing around my chimney, but when I went to have the drywall repaired, we discovered the the caulking didn't fix the problem. They sent another person out, he came, left without saying a word to me, and 2 months later, I have a hole in my drywall, plastic tarp on my ceiling and no one can seem to call me back to tell me what needs to be done to repair my roof.
