  We used Peter's General Construction to replace an attic fan. They were responsive and were able to come out same day to replace our fan! I should note that this was a job we were trying to get done for a while with other contractors to no avail. It was also not an easy job because we have a small crawl space to an unfinished attic. But they arrived on time, were professional and got the job done! I won't know for sure how well the fan will work until it gets warmer, but I'm looking forward to a much cooler summer! Thank you Peter's General Construction!

  I had a gutter issue where the prior roofer had done a poor job connecting the downspout from the higher level - leading to overflow and animal entry issues. Pedro was quick, professional, thorough and fair-priced - and I would rehire him in a blink. Definitely bookmark this provider.

  Pedro responded very quickly to my emergency gutter issue. He was very knowledgeable on the gutter repair/installation and did a great job with the work. He also identified that my gutters were in dire need of cleaning and performed the cleaning work at the same time as the gutter repair. He was very professional and ensured I inspected the work before asking to be paid. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for gutter repair/maintenance/installation.
