  They did a great job of installing a new roof and repaired one corner that had water damage. They did the job in one day and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. They also did it in a timely fashion. We are selling the house and needed the job done before the new owners moved in.

  I have used this company multiple times. They have done roof installation, repair, and inspection for my property. They have always been on time and have always done quality work. I can highly recommend them.

  I found out that Perry installed our roof (a few years before we bought our house) so I really wanted their opinion after the hail storm because they would know whether the condition had changed and if they recommended making repairs. I was honestly nervous to call after looking at the reviews, in which they called Mr. Perry a "red neck," said he never called back, and that he charged for something and conducted the repairs before getting the ok to do the work. So honestly, I didn't expect much and doubted I would hear from him. I could not have been more wrong. Not only did he call me back the same day I called him, but he had already stopped by to look at our roof (THE SAME DAY I CALLED!). He needed a different ladder to go up to the higher part of the roof and to look at something from inside and he came by again the very next day. He has always been polite, friendly, responsive, honest and completely up front with us. Also, I had 2 other roofers (one storm chaser from out of town and the other local) look at our roof for 2nd opinions/estimates in case our insurance company required them and they were complimentary about how our roof was installed. They said he did a great job. So, don't let these online reviews affect whether you call him because he has been awesome to deal with and the most responsive person we've had out. I also heard from someone in the construction industry that he is very well respected and that he does excellent work. He stays booked out for months at a time but that is because he does amazing work. I highly recommend Leroy Perry and Perry Roofing Contractors.
