  It's hard for me to rate this company because they do good work but there are other factors to consider. I would give them 5 stars for quality of work if just basedon that. They had done part of our roof and we were extremely pleased! Unfortunately, there's a lack of professionalism when it comes to responding to customers. Our second experience was much less pleasant. I was told that they would come and do an estimate for me on a Sunday and they would call with the time. I never received a call and they obviously never showed. Communication is key. Even if they couldn't make it or decided to take a paid job instead of coming to do the free estimate, a phone call would've been appreciated.
