  Perez Roofing & Construction is a professional and quality roofing company. I called them based on their positive google reviews. They provided a timely and fairly priced bid and a contract which I appreciated. The work was completed on time and beautifully finished. Lupe was very kind and provided wonderful communication throughout the experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Perez Roofing & Construction and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

  Me. Perez came out to my house and was quick, precise, friendly and most importantly professional. After which I spent mostly communicating with Mrs. Lupe in the office over the phone through the whole process. She was so kind and considerate through the whole process and always going out of her way to help me along the way. The fact that she sent an email of my color options for my shingles said a lot to me. The guys came out yesterday to start on my roof and we’re done by the end of the day. I not onced had any issues with them sitting around… they were all hard workers and that says a lot about Perez Roofing and how they run business. I’m in the process of having new siding installed on my house soon and after dealing with Perez Roofing… I’ll definitely be using them from here on out. If you need an estimate and are dealing with insurance, they’re not the company that’ll nickel and dime you and try and get the most out of the insurance company. They take care of you and for that Perez Roofing , I appreciate oh so much, A very happy customer, -Mark C.

  I chose Perez Roofing to re roof and install new gutters on my restaurant. Mr. Perez is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He understood exactly what I needed for the projects. His crew showed up on schedule and got my roof done in one day. They did excellent job and I’m very happy with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Perez Roofing to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy roofer.
