  Signing a contract with Lance the owner, does not matter. He will not honor the contract. I got my roof done in 2016 and it has been leaking since the installation. I am very unhappy with the service. When I tried calling he never answered. And when I finally called him from another number, he said he would send someone but they never showed. I am going to report him to the Better Business Bureau

  I had to call a few times to get a quote and it took a little while to get the job scheduled, but they followed up with me as soon as they had availability. It took only half a day to get the roof redone and I was excited when my father said it was the best roofing job he’s ever seen! I was referred to Penny Roofing from a neighbor and am extremely satisfied with the quality of work!

  I like Penny Roofing. My family has been using Penny roofing since 1949. They are reliable and considerate. Their work is done with a reasonable price and I have had then replace the roofs every 15 years on a flat roof. Just ask for Lance Mahler who is the son of the original founder.
