  Highly recommend. I called Penning's to repair some damaged wood siding around various parts of my house. They discovered a bigger water issue behind my siding near my chimney and implemented a solution to fix the issue for the long-term. Rick was incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with, and Lee did great work. I found them to be reasonably priced and I would definitely use this company again for future projects.

  I contacted Pennings after calling several roofing companies in the area for assistance with locating a water leak on my roof/chimney. After being turned away by at least five roofing companies for not needing a full roof replacement, Pennings was recommended to me. I called and was immediately greeted with a live person who was so kind and happy to help when I explained my issue. She referred me to their Handyman business and I was told I would recieve a call within 5 business days to have someone schedule an assessment. Rick called in that timeframe and came out within two days of the call, even working around my hectic schedule. He found the issue within a half hour. Lee completed my repair and was wonderful; answering all my questions and even showing me pictures of what he fixed since I wasn’t on the roof. My experience with Pennings Handyman service was very positive and I would highly recommend them and use them again. Thank you, Pennings, for helping me out when no one else would and for easing my homeownership anxiety. I appreciate your excellent service!

  Hired Pennings Handyman to install custom hardwood vent covers on the entire main floor of my house when I get a new HVAC system installed. Turned out great!
