  Penney Construction recently did a total roof and gutter replacement job for me. From beginning through completion, customer service was the best. My yard was completely covered while old shingles were removed. New shingles followed quickly. If I had any questions about the process, answers were very quickly obtained. Gutters finished my project and that process was again amazing. I would recommend this company with total confidence you would be happy with your outcome.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Penney Construction. The quality and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Joe took the time to come back after completion to make sure the roof was blown off, gutters cleaned and all nails/debris was removed from the yard.   I worked with Joe Penney to have our hail damaged roof replaced, and it was a great experience! He was prompt with communication, his crew worked quickly and the install was excellent! No issues with the roof 10 months later, many huge rainstorms during that time and zero leaks. Top quality work.
