Peninsula Roofing did a great job before I purchased my commercial building of meeting me, going up on the roof, and evaluating the positive qualities of the roof as well as alerting me to some concerns. I recently needed some maintenance to correct a small leak. Peninsula responded promptly and resolved the problem promptly and at a reasonable cost.

Does not give an estimate prior to doing the work. They, instead, charge $155/ hour to walk around on the roof and try to figure it out as they go along.... not knowing whether they can fix it or not.Then, if they can’t fix it ($155 or more later), they will give you an estimate to replace the roof. Who does that?

We apologize for any inconvenience. It does not appear as though we have ever done any work for you. Our policy is standard. We send a service crew to respond to leaks as the majority are generally quick to identify and repair. We have found that for most of our customers we are able to send a crew to identify the source of the leak and repair it in a short matter of time. We do this because it is almost always less expensive to send a crew to identify the problem and repair it than it is to increase billing rates to cover the cost of a separate trip out for diagnosis.
